Archeform BIM is in final testing and code signing. The download opens as soon as the signed release is ready — by November 2026 at the latest — with a thirty-day trial: every feature, no card, no watermark on your drawings.
Until then, the documentation and the one-minute tour show exactly what you will get.
Before you install
- SketchUp Pro or Studio, version 2024, 2025 or 2026
- Windows or macOS
- SketchUp Go and SketchUp Free will not work — they have no Ruby API
Installing
- Open Window → Extension Manager in SketchUp.
- Click Install Extension and choose the
.rbzfile. - Restart SketchUp.

What to do first
Set up storeys, draw a wall, put a window in it, and export an IFC. That is about twenty minutes and it exercises the whole chain. The getting started guide walks through exactly that.
When the trial ends
The plugin switches to read-only: your models still open, rebuild and export, you simply cannot create new elements. Nothing you drew is locked away.
