Privacy Policy
Version 4 of 2 October 2026 · effective from 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our Archeform BIM software, visit our website or contact us, why we do so, and what rights you have. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Archeform s.r.o., company ID No. 23287993, with its registered office at Pohořany 162, 411 41 Žitenice, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Entry 54039 (“we”, “us”).
Contact for personal data matters: [email protected], or in writing at our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so by law.
2. What the Archeform BIM software does not process
We want to state this clearly from the outset:
- The software does not send the content of your models, drawings or any other files. Your data stays on your computer.
- The software does not collect telemetry, usage statistics or error reports.
- The software does not send the name of your computer or your user account.
The only connection the software makes is to verify that your licence is valid (see Section 3).

4. Purchases and payments via Lemon Squeezy
The software is sold on our behalf by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (the “Reseller”) acting as Merchant of Record. For the processing of purchase, payment, invoicing and tax data, the Reseller is an independent controller and follows its own privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. We never see or store your payment card details.
From the Reseller we receive only the data needed to manage your licence and subscription (see Section 3). Licence verification runs through the Reseller’s licence server, which processes data on our behalf as a processor to that extent.
5. Artificial intelligence connector
The software includes an optional connector that lets you control the software using your own AI assistant (e.g. Claude). When you use the connector, information about your model, including screenshots, is transmitted by you directly to the AI provider of your choice, under the agreement between you and that provider.
This data does not pass through our servers, and we are neither its controller nor its processor. If your models contain personal data of other people (e.g. names of clients, addresses or land parcel numbers), you, as the controller, are responsible for transferring it to the AI provider.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following recipients, and only to the extent necessary:
- Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA) – sales, payments, subscription management and licence verification;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) – website operation and aggregated visit statistics;
- Google (Google Workspace) – e-mail communication and support;
- MailerLite (EU) – sending news, if you subscribe;
- our accountant, tax adviser and lawyer – all bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality;
- public authorities – where required by law.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our suppliers (in particular Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare and Google) are based in the USA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (an adequacy decision of the European Commission) or, for suppliers not certified under it, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We will provide a copy of the relevant safeguards on request.
8. Cookies on the website
Our website sets no cookies for ordinary visits. For aggregated visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or similar identifiers and does not track individual visitors across websites.
The one exception is our affiliate programme. If you arrive through a partner’s link, we ask whether you allow a cookie. If you allow it, a script from Lemon Squeezy stores a cookie (ls_aff_ref) and derives a browser identifier, and sends them to Lemon Squeezy together with the page address and the referring page, so that the partner can be credited if you buy. If you decline, the script is not loaded and only your choice is remembered in your browser. Visitors who do not arrive through a partner’s link are not asked and nothing is stored.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time: reset my choice for partner links.
9. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you and obtain a copy;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased if we no longer need it or are processing it unlawfully;
- restrict processing;
- data portability for the data you have provided to us;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing (in which case we will always comply);
- withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can exercise your rights by writing to [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month. If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz). If you live in another EU Member State, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
10. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, in particular encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only, two-factor authentication for services containing personal data, and selection of suppliers that provide sufficient guarantees.
11. Other information
- We do not make automated decisions about you and do not carry out profiling.
- Providing data for the purchase and licence verification is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Without it, we cannot provide you with the software.
- Our services are not intended for persons under 15.
- We may update this policy. We will inform you of material changes by e-mail or on our website. Previous versions are available on request.
12. Language
This policy is published in English and in Czech. The English version is the governing version; for persons in the Czech Republic, the Czech version has equal standing.
