Elements

Pipes and ducts with real fittings.

Ten systems, product catalogues, bends and tees that appear where they belong, and connection ports that snap to the fixtures.

The system decides everything

Pick drainage or heating flow and you get its colour, tag, default size, bend radius, usable angles and IFC class at once. Colour comes from a tag, so a whole system switches off without touching the drawing.

Fittings appear by themselves

Bends are built from segments with the radius the system uses — 0.75 × D for drainage, 1.0 × D elsewhere. A bend that also changes size is one fitting, not two.

Branches are recognised even though they end in the middle of a run rather than at its end. Click anywhere on the main pipe and the end snaps onto its axis; you get a saddle and sockets, drawn the way the socketed systems are actually made.

Ports that things connect to

Free ends carry a connection port made of real geometry, so SketchUp reports it as an endpoint and the Move tool grabs it. Library fixtures — a WC, a ventilation unit — carry ports in the same format, and snapping to one overrides the angle grid and the gradient, because hitting a port is always deliberate.

A schedule you can price

One row per size per system, not one per segment. Lengths have the parts occupied by fittings deducted, and fittings are counted separately by type, size and angle — an 87.5° bend is a different item from a 45° one, because it is a different product.
