Terms of Sale
Version 2 of 12 October 2026 · effective from 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a licence for Archeform BIM or start a trial. The software is made and licensed by Archeform s.r.o., Pohořany 162, 411 41 Žitenice, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 23287993, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Entry 54039 (“Archeform”, “we”).
1. Who sells to you
1.1 Licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and pays any VAT or sales tax, and processes refunds. Its terms of purchase apply to the payment.
1.2 Archeform provides the software, the licence and support. How you may use the software is set out in the End User Licence Agreement.
1.3 If these terms and Lemon Squeezy’s terms differ on payment, invoicing or tax, Lemon Squeezy’s terms apply. On anything else — the product, licence, support and the refunds described here — these terms apply.
2. Product
2.1 Solo — a subscription for one named user on up to two devices. For more users, write to us at [email protected].
2.2 Every licence includes every feature. There are no modules or editions.
2.3 System requirements are listed on archeform.eu: SketchUp Pro or Studio 2024, 2025 or 2026 on Windows or macOS. Check them before you buy — or use the trial.
3. Prices
3.1 Current prices are shown on archeform.eu/pricing and at checkout. The price at checkout is the one that applies to your purchase.
3.2 Prices are in euros. Lemon Squeezy adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, depending on your country and whether you buy as a business with a valid VAT number.
3.3 We may change prices for new purchases at any time. For a running subscription we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal at which a new price would apply; you can cancel before it.
4. Trial
4.1 The trial is free, includes every feature and needs no payment card or licence key. It lasts 30 days from the moment you start it in the software.
4.2 You may extend the trial once by 14 days with a free extension key, which we send by e-mail on request.
4.3 The trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. When it ends, the software switches to read-only mode until you buy a licence.
4.4 One trial and one extension per person and per computer.
5. Delivery
5.1 After purchase you receive your licence key by e-mail, usually within minutes. The software is downloaded from archeform.eu or the SketchUp Extension Warehouse and activated with the key.
5.2 If the key does not arrive, check your spam folder and write to [email protected].
6. Renewal and cancellation
6.1 Subscriptions run for one year and renew automatically for another year at the end of each period, unless you cancel.
6.2 You receive a reminder by e-mail before each renewal.
6.3 You can cancel at any time in your customer account (link in every receipt) or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the licence stays active until the end of the paid period.
6.4 When the subscription ends, the software switches to read-only mode. Your models remain yours and remain accessible.
7. Refunds
7.1 14-day refund: if Archeform BIM is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Write to [email protected]; the refund is paid by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. The licence is deactivated when the refund is made.
7.2 Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not used the software since the renewal.
7.3 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Defects
8.1 If the software does not work as described on archeform.eu or in the documentation, report it to [email protected] with a description and, if possible, the model that shows the problem.
8.2 We will fix reproducible defects in a reasonable time, normally in the next update. If we cannot fix a defect that prevents you from using a core feature, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your subscription period.
8.3 Rights in respect of defective performance and liability are set out in the End User Licence Agreement.
9. Support
9.1 Trial users and subscribers get e-mail support at [email protected]. We usually reply within three business days.
9.2 Support covers installation, use of the software and defects. It does not include design advice or checking your project documentation.
10. Disputes and governing law
10.1 These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country.
10.2 Please contact us first — most problems are solved faster by e-mail.
10.3 A consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
11. Changes to these terms
The terms in force at the time of purchase or renewal apply to that period. We publish changes on archeform.eu/legal.
12. Language
These terms are published in English. The Czech version, where provided, has equal standing for customers in the Czech Republic; a consumer may always rely on the language version they accepted.
